2021 Rosé of Crimson Cabernet

The 2021 Crimson Cabernet harvest proved to be the most bountiful since the vineyard planting nearly a decade earlier. This excess fruit provided the opportunity to explore a rose-format wine. The Rose of Crimson Cabernet was the result of immediately pressing a small batch of freshly harvested grapes and allowing for very little time for the juice to be in contact with the skins. The luscious creamy melon notes, mild acidity and hints of rose petal aromas make this rose wine a wonderful addition to the Select Series. Limit one per customer.
