On July 13th we had an exciting cornhole tournament with double elimination action!
Everyone brought their A-game, enjoyed some great company, met new people and competed for fantastic prizes! We had all your favorite AV wines, cocktails and local draft beer as well as domestic cans available. 💪

Harvest Festival 2023
The 2023 harvest season has ended! The AV Harvest Team was hard at work for two months picking tons of grapes off thousands of vines. Several public guest harvesters worked alongside the AV Team to help wrap up another awesome harvest season. And what better way to celebrate a successful and bountiful harvest than with a
HARVEST FESTIVAL!
On Friday, October 20th, starting at 4:00pm, the Aubrey Vineyards team welcomed guests and many of our harvesters to a night of celebration and fun! The AV Team created a “street party” atmosphere for all to enjoy – a portion of the parking lot was transformed into a festival environment with a live band and a beer & wine tasting tent. It involved dancing shoes, grape-stomping feet and their appetite for FESTIVAL FUN!
VIP Ticket Packages and General Admission tickets were available for purchase as well! All Harvest Guest Team members who harvested at least 4 times this season were automatically VIP Ticket Package holders for FREE! These Harvest Team members were true rock stars, and we appreciate them greatly!

Q39 BBQ and Nick Nave!
Q39 BBQ Returned to Aubrey Vineyards! Guests Joined AV in welcoming back Q39 to The Vineyard! On Friday, June 23rd, from 3pm to 8pm, Q39 served up their amazing smoked meats and sides on the patio. Reservations were not required. Patio, outside seating and food service was first come, first serve. In addition to fantastic BBQ, there was live music from fun-loving Nick Nave! The AV Team looked forward to helping you choose a wine, cocktail or beer to go along with BBQ, live music and a beautiful evening. CHEERS!
We Celebrated Mother's Day at Aubrey Vineyards!
Aubrey Vineyards had everything you needed for a perfect Mother's Day celebration. Guests brought the whole family out to enjoy wonderful food from the Holy Brunch KC food truck from 11:30am-2:30pm. From noon-3pm, there was a FREE photo opportunity for your group conducted by Cody Carpenter Photography, as well as a live musical performance from Erica McKenzie!
Valentine's Day Weekend Experience
Guests visited the Vineyard Tasting Room on February 10th, 11th or the 12th and enjoyed a special Valentine’s Weekend pairing experience with both the new 2021 Select Series Rosé of Crimson Cabernet and a dark chocolate mousse cup with whipped cream and strawberries. And, on Saturday February 11th, from 4pm to 6pm, the Tasting Room featured live, light jazz instrumentals performed by FM Duo.
The Aubrey Vineyards Select Series showcases the winemaker’s exploration into producing special wines in limited quantities or with unique characteristics. The 2021 Crimson Cabernet harvest proved to be the most bountiful since the vineyard planting nearly a decade earlier. This excess fruit provided the opportunity to explore a rosé-format wine. The Rosé of Crimson Cabernet was the result of immediately pressing a small batch of freshly harvested grapes and allowing for very little time for the juice to be in contact with the skins. The luscious creamy melon notes, mild acidity and hints of rose petal aromas make this rosé wine a wonderful addition to the AV Select Series.
The Valentine’s Weekend pairing included a glass of the new 2021 Rosé of Crimson Cabernet (or any wine of your choice) and a dark chocolate mousse cup with whipped cream and strawberries. This pairing is $16 and was available Friday, Saturday and Sunday, February 10th through the 12th. Reservations were recommended as quantities were limited.

Join AV for a Script Reading Experience!
Our wonderful guests joined AV on Wednesday, February 15th from 6-8pm, for a fun and experimental Script Reading Experience – with wine! We put together a group of fantastic professional actors, including AV’s own Drew Starlin, to share a script reading with all Tasting Room guests. A script reading was like WATCHING an audiobook or radio play – except it’s LIVE! There were no sets and the stage directions are read by a ‘narrator’ for context.
This play was about a man, Jonathan, who visits LA for an audition and brings his wife, Jenifer, along for support. While the couple is staying there with an old friend, Michael, drama unfolds in both Jonathan and Jenifer’s life at home as well as Michael’s personal and professional life. While these story lines push the topics of self-doubt and one’s need for support, the script weaves in definite humor and moments of levity. Please note, the play does contain adult language.
Reservations were not required and there was no cost to attend. AND…It’s Wine Wednesday – enjoy ½ price wine by the glass all day!
